Refund & Exchange Policy

At topvapesingapore.com, we strive to provide the best service. Please read our policy carefully regarding defective items and exchanges.

1. Defective or Wrong Items (Within 2 Days)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify our customer service via WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Report within 2 days: We will arrange a free exchange for you.
  • Report after 2 days (up to 7 days): If the issue is reported after the 2nd day but within 7 days, a delivery fee of $15 - $20 will be charged for the exchange service.

2. Final Deadline (After 7 Days)

Over 7 days: Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any reason once 7 days have passed since the delivery date.
